All sales are final.  But we want you to love your new item!  If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days of reciept.  Issues past that time frame will be handled on a case by case basis.  

All completed items will ship within 3 business days of purchase.  Once an item has been dropped at shipper it is out of our hands on the speed of delivery.  We do put tracking on every delivery but the delivery times will vary.

Fabrics (both woven cotton and water resisitant canvas) can be spot cleaned as needed.  Cotton woven fabrics can lightly sprayed with Scotchguard to protect it better.  I HIGHLY recommend doing a small test area and make sure it doesn't harm the bag first.  
Vinyls and leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth or specialty cleaners.  Light color vinyls can pick up colors you are wearing. For example if you are wearing a white crossbody bag and dark jeans, the dye from your jeans may very well rub off on the white so treat it with care.  Be gentle with your new bag, you want it to last forever.

Please note that any themed bags are typically not officially licensed items, although some fabrics may carry licensed designs. The majority of my creations are a unique interpretation of the beloved fandoms we all recognize. Most of the themed elements incorporated into my items derive from inspired works created by small businesses. Thank you for considering my handcrafted items.
